Scholars of WWDC
When Apple chose the 2015 WWDC Scholarship winners a few of them, including me, connected to each other. We had the idea of building an app that would hold all 350 scholarship winners in it, including where they come from, their application and their contact information. Within 9 days 14 young developers from over 9 countries have made this idea come true and we even got mentioned below Apple's official live stream for that. In 2016, we rebuilt the whole application and added the ability to discover Scholars from previous years, our own new blog, a chat and the ability for Scholars to login and change their profile. The project is developed in the public on Github.
